TERMS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Quotes
All quotes are valid for 14 days, after which they will be subject to review.

2. Prices
All prices are quoted in US Dollars.

3. GST
All prices are exclusive of GST which where applicable will be added and listed separately.

4. Payment
Payment of 100% is required when placing an order.

Payment may be made by Paypal or through bank transfer.

Should you default by failing to make the final payment within 14 days from the date of placing the order, we reserves the right to cancel the order and charge the purchaser any costs incurred as a result of the cancellation.

5. Cancellations

Production will commence immediately after submitting an order and a 100% deposit, therefore any cancellations will not be refunded.

6. Warranty and Returns
Display Banner Stands.Com warrants all goods against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery. Display Banner Stands.Com liability under this warranty is limited (at Display Banner Stands discretion) solely to replacing, or repairing, or issuing credit for the purchase price, if paid, for such goods that were defective at the time delivered to the Purchaser.

Products subject to customer-generated mistakes including spelling or grammatical mistakes, low image quality or unacceptable treatment will not be replaced. The customer is therefore required to carefully proof the PDF preview file. All images and text will be printed as they appear in the preview file.

7. Delivery Charges and Re-delivery Charges
Delivery is charged out as per quoted price. In the event that there is no one at the delivery address to sign for a delivery or the customer has provided an inaccurate or incomplete delivery address, a re-delivery attempt will be made to the customer and a re-delivery charge will be charged.

8. Delivery and Risk of Loss
Delivery lead times is generally 10 business days after receipt of order, approved artwork (where applicable) and 100% deposit.

All quoted delivery dates are estimates only. Display Banner Stands will make every effort to adhere to the required delivery dates. In the event of any happening beyond Display Banner Stand's reasonable control in consequence of which Display Banner Stands cannot effect delivery by the time quoted, Display Banner Stands shall be entitled to consign part only of the order, suspend or cancel the order, or extend the time for its completion. In all occurrences, Display Banner Stands accepts no liability for any failure to deliver goods due to any cause whatsoever.

9. The Risk
The goods are at the risk of the Purchaser immediately after they leave Display Banner Stand’s premises and it shall be the responsibility of the customer to effect insurance for loss or damage to the goods during transit.

10. Confidentiality
All Display Banner Stands concepts, drawings, designs, artwork, logos, icons, templates, quotations and invoices are supplied ‘Commercial in Confidence”.
